When and where will SLEP 2026 take place?
The SLEP 2026 Congress will take place from October 28 to 31, 2026, in Quito, Ecuador.
What language will the congress be held in?
Congress activities may be conducted in Spanish, English, or Portuguese, depending on the type of activity. For abstract presentations, please refer to the requirements in the SLEP Official Abstract Regulations.
How can I register for the congress?
Registration must be completed online through our official platform. You can access it from the Registration section of the website.
Are there different registration fees?
Yes. There are fees for SLEP members, non-members, professionals in training, and other categories. Values and conditions are detailed in the Registration Fees section.
Are there early bird discounts?
Yes, the congress offers preferential early bird rates. We recommend checking the valid dates in the fees section.
What are the key registration dates?
- Early Bird Rate: Valid until May 5, 2026. All registrations that remain unpaid after this date will automatically be changed to the regular rate.
- Regular Rate: Valid until October 19, 2026.
What payment methods are available?
Credit card, debit card, and cash (USD) on-site.
I made the payment but my registration is not confirmed. What should I do?
In some cases, payments may take some time to appear in the system. If the issue persists, please contact us at:

What is the registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations received until September 26, 2026, will be subject to a 20% penalty for administrative charges.
After that date, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
All payments made on-site (during the congress) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Are there benefits for group registrations?
Yes. For every package of 10 registrations purchased together, 1 complimentary registration will be granted (10 + 1).

Does the congress offer hotel options?
Yes. The congress will offer hotels with preferential rates for participants. Information will be available in the Accommodation section of the website.
Is it mandatory to book through the organization?
No, it is not mandatory, but we recommend booking through the official hotels in order to access negotiated rates and special benefits.
Will certificates of attendance be provided?
Yes. Certificates of attendance may be downloaded once the congress has ended.
